Make sure to avoid inflicting stress on someone with mental illnesses so as not to worsen their case.

Hastened Aging

Did you know that stress has the capability to accelerate your body’s aging timeline? There is research that compared stressed-out mothers to those who aren’t. The results revealed that the stressed parents aged so much faster than the parents who were fine. That means that their bodies grew older at the same time that elapsed. Their bodies were estimated to be nine to seventeen years older than the parents who weren’t stressed as much.
